Our Process

A gunite build runs through defined stages: layout and excavation, steel and plumbing, the sprayed shell, tile and coping, decking, then the interior finish and startup. We tie the shell into the NEC 680.26 bonding grid with 8 AWG solid copper, set ANSI/PHTA/ICC-7 anti-entrapment drain covers, and install a 48 inch safety barrier. Most custom builds take two to three months from permit to first swim.
